Tensions are rising around USMNT winger Tim Weah following his exclusion from the Juventus squad — and his agent, Badou Sambague, isn’t holding back.

In a strongly worded statement, Sambague expressed his disappointment over what he described as selfish and money-driven actions behind the scenes.

> “Weah is a fantastic player and an even better teammate,” Sambague said. “To see people behave like this, driven by selfishness and money, is deeply disappointing. It’s a shame.”

He went on to emphasize that Weah, known for his discipline and character, won’t be manipulated like a puppet.

> “As long as I’m here, no one will push the players I represent around like marionettes. I’m proud that Timo has the right education and personality to stay focused on the game.”
