Ghana forward Doris Boaduwaa has pledged to deliver more goals for the Black Queens after her stunning performance in their pre-WAFCON friendly against Malawi.
The talented striker netted a brilliant hat-trick to power Ghana to a 3-1 victory on Saturday in Morocco, as the team continues its build-up to the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Following the match, Boaduwaa took to social media to express her joy and ambition.
> “A win, a hat-trick, still have more to give for Ghana,” she posted on X (formerly Twitter).
The Black Queens are using the international window to fine-tune their squad ahead of the continental tournament, with two more friendlies lined up — against Botswana on June 25 and arch-rivals Nigeria on June 29.
The 2025 WAFCON kicks off on July 5, and Boaduwaa’s performance offers hope that Ghana’s quest for continental glory could be spearheaded by her prolific form.
